Every year, on the first Friday in July, Forum members hold events across the country to commemorate all those who have lost their lives to mesothelioma.

Mesothelioma is an aggressive cancer caused by asbestos.

At Action Mesothelioma Day events, Forum members raise money for medical research, and campaign around issues that affect asbestos victims and their families.

The events are attended by patients, family members, campaigners, trade unionists and MPs.
